L1 Framing     Game changes! Framers are hired. Our start agreement: frame level 1 walls, then decide the future.
Wall framing
I assumed I would hire framers to execute wall and roof framing. This building is beyond my one-man capabilities. To find framers the Internet was no help. I visited lumberyards in hope they had bulletin boards to which famers had posted business cards. I asked a couple of neighbors. From neighbors I obtained two names. One returned my call. I hired Olie Erickson and crew to construct the first floor walls.
