This was to be the culminating mark of our hike. Our arrival was a bit late. We were greeted by deafening cacaphony of countless seagulls. Apparently this is their nesting season. No satisfying repose; no incentive to linger. gulls

On Wednesday when we were there, many drinking places were closed due to the main wholesale market being closed. We found reduced crowd but enough places open to keep our interest and appetite.
We first-time visitors noticed no deficiency. We expected nothing like this in a remote northern city. | ||
