Kays Beach     Kay's personal beach on Puget Sound.
Great tree just fell Paddleboard
A cascade of stairs leads from Kay's rear garden to the sound below. The elevation difference is more than 100 feet. The last flight of steps has been bashed by high storm tides. It has changed position, lost treads and now resembles a ladder.
A few days prior to our arrival a large tree had fallen onto the beach. Kay has not seen it as yet.

In our tight schedule, less than 30 minutes on the water could be spared. The prep takes longer.
_21jun21-n_0444.jpg Packed into an tight scheule, some paddleboarding was non-negotiable.
