The main purpose of this visit, to convey Obaachan's remains to two grave sites, brought us together with numerous family members. See "Nakahechi" and "Tokyo Hanami" for more of our trip. In addition, marked the beginning of our occupancy of the condo Noriko has owned for ten years but not yet occupied. With Obaachan's former condo no longer available to us, Noriko's place is our new base in Tokyo.

Kochi, Shikoku, is the ancestral residence of Nishizawas. Ojiichan was born there, Oojichan resided there. The remains of quite a few Nishizawas are located here.
