Second visit - test removal of one roof panel. Accompanied by Robert, who did his own examination. Robert was very enthusiastic at the prospect and offered the help of him and of others.

The night before I receive a call from Tom explaining that the proposition had changed. The deadline had been moved up, cutting our available time much shorter than I had planned. Tom recommended 'walking away.' But by this point I had invested serious time and commitment, contrary to the impression of Tom and Bob.
